Hold a key, say it messy, get a professional prompt right where your cursor is.
Used by people at Stanford, Oracle, Salesforce, Ramp, and Dropbox, with over 1 million better prompts written on the platform.
They came to us to design the Mac app experience.
Challenge
A Mac menu bar app lives and dies by simplicity.
It has to feel so natural and frictionless that it becomes invisible, part of how you work rather than another tool you have to think about.
The design had to be ultra clean, ultra fast feeling, and instantly understood by anyone who opened it for the first time.
Outcome
We designed the full Mac app in Figma.
The visual direction was deliberately minimal, every element stripped back to only what was essential.
Micro-interactions were built in Rive throughout the product, adding a layer of polish and interactivity that makes every action feel satisfying and alive without adding visual noise.
The result is a Mac app that feels native, effortless, and completely at home in the menu bar of any professional's workflow.
