UniOps
Overview
UniOps is the browser that lets your team share the account, never the password.
It works across every tool your team uses, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Canva, OpenAI, Gmail, and more, without shared passwords, 2FA chaos, or surprise charges.
They came to us to design the full Mac app, the complete website, and help shape the messaging for one of the most genuinely useful products solving a problem every founder secretly has.
Challenge
Every founder becomes their team's IT department without meaning to.
2FA codes at 2am. Passwords pasted in Slack. Upgrades nobody approved showing up on the bill. Fifteen password resets after someone leaves.
UniOps needed to make a technical, security-heavy product feel simple and trustworthy from the first screen, without turning into another dense enterprise dashboard nobody wants to open.
Outcome
We designed the full UI/UX for the Mac app, the complete website, and worked closely on messaging that makes the product's real value obvious in seconds.
We also built a suite of Rive animations that show, rather than tell, exactly what the product does: a login filling in once, a teammate appearing online in a new tool, a session ending the instant someone's removed.
The result is a product that makes something genuinely technical feel effortless, log in once, your team gets in, one click removes them.
