They initially came to us for a single product screen as a trial.

They were so happy with the result they hired us for everything - a full rebrand, complete website redesign, and a full product UI/UX overhaul.

Challenge

TxtCart had strong product results and a loyal customer base but the brand and product experience hadn't kept pace with the growth of the business.

The existing design felt outdated and generic in a market where eCommerce founders make fast decisions based on first impressions.

We delivered the full rebrand from the ground up, logo, color system, typography, and visual language.

The 30+ page website was fully redesigned in Figma, with custom visual assets designed from scratch, creating a modern, high-converting presence that communicates TxtCart's results and product depth immediately.

The product UI/UX was a 5 month long engagement and one of the most comprehensive design overhauls we have delivered.

We redesigned the full platform from the ground up in Figma, covering tens of screens across the entire dashboard experience, including a complete mobile product UI designed to the same standard as the desktop.

Every flow, every component, and every interaction was rethought, with a heavy focus on making a feature-rich SMS marketing platform feel intuitive and fast for the eCommerce founders using it every day.
